She links the symbols to the Duct Tape Killer, a serial murderer who wrapped victims’ heads in duct tape. Billy Karras is serving time for those crimes, but Pip discovers his confession was coerced by a retired detective, DCI David Nolan.
Digging into Andie Bell’s secret email account—accessed with help from Andie’s imprisoned sister Becca—Pip realizes Andie knew the real DT Killer’s identity.
